The Process

1. A potential client reaches out to inquire about regular cleaning services.

2. Wind & Waves sends a team leader to tour the home and discuss with the client about their particular needs. We provide a maintenance cleaning checklist and will discuss particulars with the client at this meeting. Seeing the space in person gives us a good feel for what is needed, allows us to establish a good relationship with our potential client, and gives the opportunity for questions and considerations to be discussed.

3. The team leader will schedule an initial deep clean with client’s approval to set the client’s home to a good baseline for maintenance. This is more expensive than a maintenance clean but is strongly encouraged to ensure the full measure of cleanliness moving forward.

4. Once the initial deep clean is completed, we will put you in the calendar on an interval of your choosing.

5. Spend your time enjoying your favorite hobby, playing with your children/grandchildren, or reading your favorite book. We’ve got this covered.
