Message from the Owner

Keeping things clean

Welcome to the virtual home of Agnus Dei Housekeeping! My name is Hope Liñan and I am a wicked proud Downeast Maine resident. And now, business owner. After graduating from Maine Maritime Academy, I moved to the area in October of 2021, met my husband (check out his tree service company) in November, and got married this past May. Talk about a whirlwind. Throughout college, I had the eventual goal to start my own business; I just never thought it would be so soon!

The Lord has gently called me into a place of complete trust in Him, and that is why I am starting this labor of love. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been cleaning as a way to make money to send myself to college, pay for car repairs, and now, save money to buy a house!

Downeast Maine is truly a special place, and I’m blessed to be able to live and make a living here. To reference the initial business plan, Agnus Dei is “a family-owned housekeeping company with a focus on serving the community, building meaningful relationships with clients, and supporting the local economy and public well-being. We are Christians who believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ, the importance of family on the local & global economy, and caring for the surrounding community in any way that arises.”
